Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Adjustment may appeal within 10 days to the governing authority and the governing authority may affirm, reverse, remand, or modify the decision as may be proper.

About the Board
The Board of Adjustment is made up of one representative from each district appointed by that district's supervisor. The powers and duties of the Board of Adjustment are to hear and decide:
- Appeals from any order, decision, requirement, or interpretation made by the building official
- Applications for conditional use permits
- Applications for variances
